Dr. Jack Harris
Dr. Jack Harris was born and raised locally, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He attended the University of Saint Francis, where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Biology, with a pre-veterinary focus. During his time at the university, he was also an active member of the baseball team.
Dr. Harris furthered his education at Purdue University's veterinary program, earning his DVM degree in the spring of 2024. Following his graduation, he returned to the Fort Wayne area and joined the team here at our hospital. His professional interests include preventative medicine, cardiology, soft tissue surgery, and ultrasonography, areas in which he continually seeks to expand his knowledge and skills.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Harris enjoys staying active and spending time with his family, friends, and brown-tabby cat, Lily. He loves hiking, biking, playing pickleball, traveling, and attending concerts in his spare time. He is excited to be back in his hometown and looks forward to serving the pets & people of the New Haven area.
