Puppy Pre-School Registration Form
Puppy Preschool classes will be held Saturday afternoons at 2 p.m.
Your class package includes 4 consecutive weeks of class and training tools. Upon completion of this registration form, you will receive an email with your class schedule and further details on our puppy preschool.
(If you do not wish to receive email communications, please provide a phone number that has a voice mailbox where your class schedule can be left for you if you are not available at the time of our call. Email communication is preferred.)
