I love this vet! My dog musket was feeling under the weather with nausea and wouldn't eat and sleeping all of the time. New Haven got her in quickly, diagnosed her and started an immediate plan of action. I am happy to say that within hours Musket was feeling better.

You always treat my dog with respect, kindness and love. I like the way that you do more difficult procedures away from the owner so that my dog doesn’t totally blame those experiences on me. The people working are great, always on time, and thorough. My dog is not an easy dog to work with, but they are aware of her dislike of vets and the handle her well. Always feel she get a complete exam.

Dr Patrick is THE BEST. She’s knowledgeable, kind and professional. She doesn’t fear monger but has kept it as cut and dry as possible. I also greatly appreciate that they do not use plug ins or other air freshener devices to hide the smell of animals. It’s a vet-I’d expect it to smell like animals and the plugins are awful for animals anyways!
